Job Title: Mobility Driver for People with different abilities
Job Type: Full time/Part Time

Job Summary:

Our transportation company is seeking mobility drivers who are compassionate about providing safe and reliable transportation to people with different abilities. As a mobility driver, you will be responsible for transporting our clients in the community, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times. We are looking for drivers who have a compassionate and caring attitude towards different abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

⦁ Provide safe and reliable transportation to individuals with different abilities in the community
⦁ Ensure all passengers are safely secured and comfortable during the ride
⦁ Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
⦁ Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding (if needed), as well as answering any questions or concerns clients may have
⦁ Report any issues or incidents to the transportation company management immediately
⦁ Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained, including performing routine inspections and pre and post inspection sheets
⦁ Attend trainings sessions and meeting as required by the transportation company management

Qualifications:

⦁ Must be 25 years of age
⦁ Must pass background check
⦁ A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
⦁ Compassion for providing transport service to people with different abilities
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
⦁ High level of responsibility and accountability
⦁ Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
⦁ Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
⦁ Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws
⦁ Familiarity with GPS, navigation systems and be willing to train on a technology communication platform
⦁ Previous experience working with different abilities is preferred but not required
